After an entire week of discussing with the EA Help desk, I hope I can find a solution here. Ever since the updates from late August/early September over 80 6dot mods have disappeared from my inventory. I was keeping track of them in an Excel spreadsheet and I had 252 by my last count and now according to my GAC bracket ( https://swgoh.gg/p/259866157/gac-bracket/ ) I have 170. Mods have disappeared from almost every character that had full 6 dot set and have either been replaced by 5 dot mods or don't have a full set on them anymore (I had every character with a full set before this). I also have some characters that had a full 5 dot mod set on them and now are missing mods so I'm probably missing 5 dot mods as well but don't know exactly how many since I wasn't keeping track of that.
The strange thing is that I now have characters like Bad Batch Echo ( https://swgoh.gg/p/259866157/characters/echo ), Geonosian Spy ( https://swgoh.gg/p/259866157/characters/geonosian-spy ), IG-11 ( https://swgoh.gg/p/259866157/characters/ig-11 ), Cara Dune ( https://swgoh.gg/p/259866157/characters/cara-dune ) that are not even G12 and have 6 dot mods on them.
I suspect the helpdesk is feeding me a lot of lies because they keep telling me that this happened to a lot of players and they are working on it but I don't see any threads about this particular topic around here.
Does anyone know if this happened to anyone else and why? Is there someone around here that could help with solving this issue because the helpdesk doesn't seem to be of any help?
