Looking at the title update, and the new player character changes my account was not included. Missing:

Ahsoka Tano 1*
Old Ben 3*

Hi guys,
Some changes were made to prevent more players getting affected by the account reset issue. Once this has been resolved, you should then get the 'New Player Early Game Change' characters.
