Missing New player quests/rewards

@EA_Gunner I personally know a lot of people who were also level 85 when New player quests came out and got all the rewards. So it was intended that some players will get, say, about 20k shard shop currency, and the other players will get nothing? As far as I know, there was also compensation for people who bought Lightspeed bundles. Is there no compensation intended for my case?

From your responses you don't seem to understand the problem.

@EA_Gunnersaid in the forums that players that reach level 85 after May 22nd will also get the New Player Experience rewards.

In that post EA_Gunner says that they are still going to pull data to provide the rewards to the valid accounts.

So, we all want to know either when that is, or, if it has happened already, then we want to let you know that we did not receive the rewards and hope for a remedy.

My ally code is 879-966-524. I know i didnet all the bew player shards and credits. This is because some of the toons i was supposed to recieve shards for i know i never did. For example bossk hounds tooth tie.bomber rebel y wing. Ive been watching foe these the day of this announcement and never got a boost.

Can you verify i got what i was supposed to get. If i did can you tell me why i didnt get these shards?

Why havent i been given the shards promised in the announcement? I never got shards of bossk tie.bomber rebel y wing tie advance... how can i get what was promised? Is CG going to simply make a statement and not fulfill it?

I want to report a problem that contradicts this statement, hoping we will get compensated soon for this issue.

So I was around player level 75 when the June 5th update and new player quests were added. As many other players I missed a lot of the earlier quests.

However when the June 18th hotfix was pushed, I had reached player level 85 by then and did not receive any compensation from this fix, as I should have.

I have reported this issue through in game EA help on June 7th, 19th and again yesterday without any new development.

I cannot know exactly what quests rewards I did or did not get, but I can give a couple examples that I'm sure of :

I know I got the following rewards,

- Slave 1 shards

- Tie bomber shards

- Bossk shards

- Captain Rex shards

- The Mandalorian shards

- Greef Karga shards

I know I never got the following rewards,

- Rebel Y Wing shards

- Tie advanced shards

- Anakin's ETA shards

- Ashoka's Starfighter shards

- Hera Syndulla shards

- Ghost shards

- Phantom II shards
