Some quests were missing maximum level requirements when released on June 6th. This was adjusted with a hotfix. Affected players received make-good with Hotfix 6/18 and Update 6/20.

Based on our information, all quests and content were fixed and we have no other open issues.

@NinjaLabRatt I think I found the issue. However, I need to check with studio first. I'll give you an update as soon as I have an answer.

The following units were added to the Hyperdrive bundle with the last update on June 20. You purchased the Hyperdrive bundle on the 12th of June. This is why TIE Advance and TIE Bomber are locked on your account.

Will they be given to me? I didn’t know that when buying it, I would miss out on those units… had i known, i wouldve waited. Plus it was only like a week. Is it possible to add the shards to my account please? Thank you!

  @NinjaLabRatt It just feels unfair that I missed out on plenty of crucial units when I paid for the same product merely a week before. I’d understand if it was a long time before or something but it was only a week so I hope u guys take this into consideration. Thanks

  @NinjaLabRatt Unfortunately, the characters were not part of the bundle when you purchased it. They were added on the 20th of June.

    I get that but is it not possible to just compensate and give me the shards? Especially since I joined the game only a week earlier. The tie advanced and tie bomber and rex are mainly the ones that I really care about since the rest, I have bought/grinded on my own…
