Missing pack from pass +

Hi, not sure where to post this but saw the same issue in this section but I purchased the episode pass+ expecting to be able to get the New Republic bonus bundle 1 with R5 and Zeb shards along with the loaned unit tokens, the pack is just not available to get anywhere. My ally code is: 376-845-399 any help would be appreciated!
