Spoke with EA support on the phone yesterday, and they confirmed that I did not receive the correct rewards for this raid. They said they were unable to directly fix this issue for me, and directed me here (among other possible fixes). Again, any help would be appreciated. Getting the correct rewards should be a simple fix.

Thanks for the reply. Your PM confirmed exactly what I learned from EA Help yesterday, but still hasn't addressed the fact that I don't have the rewards that were promised for participating in the raid. When can I expect the correct rewards to appear in my account?

After spending a total of probably 2.5 hours on the phone, I finally got someone at EA customer support to help me resolve this. Not with the gear, but with crystals to allow me to purchase it.
