After spending a total of probably 2.5 hours on the phone, I finally got someone at EA customer support to help me resolve this. Not with the gear, but with crystals to allow me to purchase it.

I have had the same issue with Rancor raid rewards yesterday and I contacted support but they only offered me 500 crystals which is unacceptable since I'm missing 40 Mk 5 Droid Callers. Why can't they simply give us gear, would make sense to allow them access to this functionality...
EDIT: My ally code is 924-698-129 and I'd really appreciate it if anyone could take a look. Thanks!
