Summarize your bug I never received the crate from last conquest, and its been more than 2 weeks since I should have received it. I contacted the customer support, they acknowledged my problem and said the only thing that they can do is apologize for the inconvenience. I waited and nothing was resolved, so I am hoping someone here can actually help me, rather than just apologize.

You earned 90 Conquest Keycards in the previous Conquest (Hard). To earn an end of Conquest Reward in Hard Mode, you needed to earn 100 Conquest Keycards.
You did not receive rewards at the end of Conquest (Hard Mode) as you did not earn enough Conquest Keycards.
