@art-ti3 Refunds are handled by Apple in your case. You need to reach out to them.

will anything bad happen to my game account if I do this? as I wrote earlier, in other games they make a minus count of crystals for this

        @art-ti3 Glad to hear that one of the purchases went through. I saw you placed a few orders for the Raddus bundle. If the issue is fixed, you don't need to do anything.
