Missing rewards: Daring droid, Tier VI

What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? Samsung A21

What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Summarize your bug Completed Tier Vi of Daring Droid event; a glitch forced restart before advancing to rewards screen. After restart, account shows the Tier was completed, but I did not get the rewards.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Please let me know if you have any questions. Believe this occurred on 2022-09-21 the date of a game update.

    Summarize your bug Completed Tier VI (second to last) of thr Daring Droid event from the solo Journey Guide. Game froze before proceeding padt Victory screen with error code that said client must be restarted. When restarted, the software has the Tier as completed 2/3 stars), but I didn't receive the rewards of 85 R2-D2 character shards, 750k credits, and 50 crystals. As the Tier can only be completed once for rewards, it is not possible to level up R2-D2 to 7 stars.
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have a screenshot showing Tier completed but 0/85 character shards for R2-D2.

    Hello @EA_Gunner , thank you so much for this. Restores my faith in the Force! This resolves quickly something that's been bouncing back & forth for over a month with the in-game support. It feels like they either wanted to try basic troubleshooting tips, or finally, just didn't believe there was any issue (kept saying my account records showed all rewards, the character shards, credits, crystals were received...). It took awhile, there were glitches creating an EA user account (had to do the who moved my cheese? Human challenge 20 times about six times over...). But you've gunned down another trouble shooting ticket! Thank you. May the Force be with you🙂
