Missing Rewards

I'm still very new to the game (lv80, 337k GP), but i don't see the point of doing the galactic challance Nevarro: Scoundrel. I got stopped at level 4, but even when I go back and replay lv 1-3, I don't see any rewards given. Are they only at the higher levels, or is there a glitch? TYVM
