Missing shards Great Mothers

The first time of the VEIL OF SHADOWS II event the game crashed at the end of the first tier. When I got back into the game i hadn’t recieved any shards for the character. The second day I could only get mods from tier 1 and couldnt play tier 2 since I didnt have the character at 3 stars.
