Missing Sith Eternal LSB II

After ca. 1 month and two help tickets (closed by system rather than solved) I am still missing the Sith Eternal LSB II (the one with relic 7 Sith). When I purchsased it, I only received via ingame mail the text "something went wrong" and some crystals.

Bought the LSB via Webstore, purchase confirmation and transaction confirmation available. Playing on Android.
