Missing SLKR Ultimate Materials

I'm missing 2 SLKR ultimate materials. The game crashed as soon as the battle was finished on the 2nd and 8th battle, and now the battle is marked as complete. Screenshots are provided below. I've given customer support well over 24 hours to respond, but I'm throwing something here in the hopes that I can actually complete proving grounds here in a couple days.

Also of note, this is the 3rd time this has happened to me. Twice on the SLKR ultimate events, and once for the Darth Revan event. Each time it happened playing on the PC client. Hope that helps!

I have the exact same issue. SLKR is my only GL, I'm at 9/10 ult materials (I also did the challenge a 10th time just to be sure, didn't get anything). My account looks the exact same as the above pictures except with 9/10.

Hello - I’m having the same issue currently.
The game crashed after I completed the last battle to max out GL Rey’s ultimate. Now I’m stuck with 9/10 ultimate material. Can you please resolve?
