Missing Tier 6 Admiral Thrawn Rewards

So as the title says, I’m missing the tier 6 Admiral Thrawn journey guide shards. I completed the stage on May 20th, but an error message popped up on completion saying that I had lost connection to wifi, and then the app closed and reopened. The stage showed as completed on the journey guide, but I checked for the 85 shards or the achievement for completing that stage and they weren’t there.

I immediately made an EA help ticket but after 12 days and being switched to like 4 different support specialists who didn’t really do much, and haven’t replied to my last message, I’m making this since I’m not sure how else to get the shards.
