What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Entered Territory War and lost several teams in unsuccessful attacks. I did not place any defense teams as my toons are too weak. Thought I would be more successful attacking. Did not win any points for the guild but I did enter and participate. Just got a message that says I will not receive guild rewards since I did not participate. In the past I have received rewards with this same level of participation.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play Territory War.

Entered and participated in recent Territory War. Lost teams attacking strong opponents. Did not place any defense teams. Did not win any battles. My Guild won the war. I received message from game saying that I would not receive the Guild rewards because I did not participate.
in the past, I have received rewards with a similar involvement.
My guild struggles to get 25 members to enter the Territory Wars. We tell people to enter even if they cannot play during the attack phase. If EA decides that you have to enter and earn at least 1 point for the guild, then you need to let the player community know that the reward rules have changed.
i love this game and have spent a lot of time and money on it. Very disappointed by the recent reward denial even though by my definition I did participate.
