Missing Web store kessel reward

I got the episode pass while at 2200 kessel run tickets. I should have gotten 2500 added then, 2000 from the episode pass  purchase and 500 from getting from parsec 10 rewards. But I only got the 2000 meaning the final tier parsec 11 was missed. I then got 10 from the daily to bring me to 2210, so it is updating. Parsec 10 seems like the error.
