Mods changed from MK V-A to lower mods.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Most of if not ALL of my characters or toons had MK V-A mods. They are now ALL changed to lesser mods. Such as MK V-B,C,D, OR E. I understand that they changed colors but they didn’t change the mod level.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at my account. I had almost all MK-V-A mods. Especially on all of my strongest 7 Star characters or toons.

The attached file of Vader shows all of the mods. They were all MK V-A, should be gold. Now they are all MK V-B, C, D, or E. I sent this to the help tab under settings.....

PLEASE HELP! Most of if not ALL of my characters or toons had MK V-A mods. They are now ALL changed to lesser mods. Such as MK V-B,C,D, OR E. This is very frustrating to say the least since I’ve been playing this game almost every day ever since it came out and have spent a lot of time building each character or toon. Can you please fix this or give me ALL of the MK V-A mods that I had back? Because giving me more crystals is not the answer. Please respond.

Wuth the current phase of the mods changes rollout, mod tiers/colors now reflect what they were before you upgraded them. Mod stats have NOT been changed.

When mod slicing becomes available, you will be able to slice these to better tier mods for further increases in stats. You will then be able to further slice to 6 dot mods for boosts greater than what is currently available.

If that was true then all of my top toons and 7 star toons would still be gold or tier MK V-A, the top performing mod. Because I bought those and or earned them from battles. It’s just like you a bought or won a Mercedes AMG GT R and then I take it away and replace it with a Mercedes C300. Then tell you it still has the same power and performance as the AMG GT R. I give up! Am I saying the same thing over and over again?

I have tried to explain it to you as simply as possible. Your mods are exactly the same as they were, except the color and tiers changed, but no stats changed.

Again, please read that: every single stat on every one of your mods is exactly the same.

Soon, they will upgrade the set bonuses for some of the sets, so your mods will improve, and then they will add slicing so you can improve them some more.

This is not a bug, this is exactly as they described in the patch notes.

Okay. I understand. What about your comment attached? I purchased gold mods for my top toons and most of my 7 star toons. They are no longer gold but are green, purple, blue and light blue. Will I get those back?

If you believe that some of your mods were incorrectly changed, then you can contact customer service. However, I don't know how you could possibly remember which of your mods were purchased as gold versus green.

And honestly, even if it was purchased as a gold mod, and now it's a purple, that means you can slice it to make it better. That means the developers gave you a mod that can be better than any other player's mods...and you're complaining about that?
