Mods disappeared off New JM Mace Windu

My Mods that I put on the new character (Jedi Master Mace Windu) on June 25, 2025 disappeared off him and I no longer see them in my unassigned mods inventory. I was at max mod count until then, and I was able to claim new mods after, because there was room from me putting those mods on the new Mace Windu character. I noticed them missing on June 26th. They were 4 speed type mods and 2 health type mods. The game currently shows no mods on Jedi Master Mace Windu. I am hoping that they can be restored, or fixed (in case it is a visual bug).

I tried using the in game help system (the one that says “powered by helpshift”), but they aren’t reading what I write to them, I get a new agent every couple of minutes, and they just keep trying to restore mods I sold, and then closing my ticket. They restored some mods I sold, but those are not the correct mods. I didn’t sell these mods. This is a bug that causes assigned mods to either not show up on the character, or disappear completely.

I am nervous to put new mods on the character, because I don’t want this to happen again.
