Mol eliza

For some reason I can’t change my name on Swgoh and players said it’s because of Underage even though I am 16 so I’m requesting If I could be able to change my name

@Silucus Sorry for the late reply, if you are playing on an underage account then you will not have the option to change your username.

Damn, I am 34. So basically I am stuck forever on an underage account? What happens to the kids that start playing as underage and as time passes have a few birthdays do they grow out of their Mol Eliza restrictions? Thank you for the reply -Marty

@MartyYoung26 The account will age up a year each year, once it hits the required age based on your location then you will have access to all the features of an overage account.

How does it determine if you're underage? It has been a few years since I started an account.

  @taxingpear94 It is based on the date of birth you enter when creating your account.
