2 years ago@Cathendral We need a case number to be able to escalate this issue. You can find the number on ea.com. Sign in with the email of your EA account and check the "my cases" section.

I found the my cases tab but it says that I do not have any cases with them.

I was able to get a case number. Case#166926856
Apparently my purchase only shows that it was made on the 18th and I need to wait 48 hours.
Any help in expediting this would be greatly appreciated
