My Satele Shan was relic level 5. Now relic level 1

I logged in today and my Satele Shan was only relic level 1. I got her the first day available. Red boxed all three Conquests. Brought her up to relic level 5. But today she was only relic level 1. Not sure what happened. Only had enough items to take her back to level 3. This has not happened to me in the eight years I have been playing. Is there anything I can do?
