Naboo: Gungans still get protection disruption while generator is active

- @EA_Gunner No, raid was launched at 7:30PM Central time on 10/3
- EA_Gunner@Persimius We rechecked the raid, but Protection Disruption is not inflicting on Gungans.
Can confirm, happening here too on tier 0. Impossible to keep phalanx alive for more than 1 wave. Prot disruption lands constantly with 25+ stacks on the generator. See screenshot 10 seconds into wave 1
