Need help from EA help - Archive Guest Account Recovery (Have XML logs)

I I have a problem. I last logged into the account in 2019. Back then, the player id consisted of 22 chars. A few years later, I decided to recover it, found the id in the game's xml file (because I have Android 5 and the game won't launch) but it turned out that now the id consists of 23 chars, and my account cannot be found. I have the game logs, but the in-game support is not helping me with anything. Is there any way to recover the account? I have xml file, my old player id, but i dont wanna share it there, because of the safety of the account. I would be grateful if you could help me or provide information.
