Never received compensation for Andor event

Hi Team,

I have yet to receive any compensation for my purchases during this era towards era levels. I had spent a large amount of money, and was one purchase away from having Cassian 7 star fullr requirements, the full compensation amount.... I have received nothing back. I expect to be compensated as you null and voided over 100 euro worth of my purchases with your update.

I will file a complaint to Better Business Bureau, and small claims court if this is not resolved. You have said you would resolve this, I have given reasonable time for this to be cured; it has not been.

Kindly compensate me as appropriate.
