New Character Shards

I usually purchase the 12,9k crystal package for new characters but this time I did it before getting the starting shards for the character and I didn’t receive these shards. Did anyone have the same issue (not getting the starting shards)?

    I did get the starting shards but didn’t get those from the 5 packs at 5999 crystals

    Had the same issue. The character seemed to activate in 'normal' gameplay mode and then the era version was missing shards. Now I'm stuck on tier 1 of the marquee with no way to progress
