new Gmail address and can't import the game account to new device

Hi ,

I unlinked my old Gmail account from ea connect and linked a new one (with the code and everything)

Now when I log to the game with the new Gmail on new device and try to import my swgoh account , I get nothing , like it stays with the newly account post tutorial 

In game support don't help , keep sending auto links that are not relevant to the case
