Nightsister mechanics change overnight (nerf) !

Summarize your bug you cant just change NS mechanics overnight, without any type of announced way before u would change this.. people invested in this team, this take a long time. this costed 4 zetas, and tons of gear, i want it all back, and i want a big compensation on top of it... you make us look like fools, its not our fault this wasnt tested enough, and somehow doesnt meet ur requirements for a team a player should use for the raid?? even your game changers make vids about this strategy,.. long time ago... send me back all my gear, omegas, zetas, credits... i dont accept this bait and switch practice.

    With all due respect, they announced it yesterday before implementation.

    You may not like the change, but this forum is for reporting bugs the developers may not be aware of. Go to the official forums, leave feedback in the Android Play or iOS App Stores, or put in customer service tickets if you are upset about gameplay changes.

    I still scored 4.8M with NS last night - 30% of Nihilus and 15% of Sion. This isn't broken, it just requires paying a little bit more attention.

    The complaint is completely legit.  These are the facts:

    1) when the str came out they identified a number of exploits such as sthan, fives, expose, etc...  

    2) they addressed these exploits with patches.  

    3) Months and months go by and thousands of players invested all of their incomes into g12 NS squads with all the zetas towards an end goal of 8m+ damage in the heroic raid.

    4) Developers decide to address another exploit (Traya/Ventress/Zombie) they never considered...again months after it had released...and announce they are also removing the mechanic they had allowed to happen for months to the point it was widely recognized as WAI.  

    The point is you cant change a mechanic so many people invested in months after it was initially identified.  

    The OP should voice his displeasure here, to their App Store, on EA forums, on Twitter, and everywhere else it’ll get some run.  Bait and switch when people literally spend thousands of dollars each on a MOBILE GAME is unacceptable.  Shame on anyone who wants to throw in with the developer.  That’s sheep mentality.  Stand up and quit eating the garbage they are serving.

    It's a slight modification to a mechanic. It's still a very viable mechanic in p4.

    Again - I scored 4.8M last night post-nerf. It's not a problem.

    The OP is complaining that they didn't pre-announce the change.  They did.  

    And when this forum is flooded with a bunch of people posting the same thing all over the page, it distracts from the purpose of the forum - which is to identify bugs.  There are already a bunch of posts about this.  Add to one of those instead.

    I was very mad when i read that update for a very good reason.... And no dude, they did not announce this... how can u call this a pre-announcement, 1 day before the nerf......... What is wrong with you..

    They could have fixed the Acolyte strat without touching NS mechanics. If they were gona touch NS they could have announced this ages ago, but nothing about that so ppl would still invest in them.. this is the bait in switch practice i am talking about...  You can't just change this overnight...... while it takes months and months to build up a team..

    Honestly congrats on your 4M score, i could do 3x as much before so i dont see where you are trying to go with that argument...

    This team has stood for a long time, and this is also the reason why ppl were building it.. 

    I filled in a bug report, because i want all my gear, credits, omegas, and zetas back plus a compensation for this mess.... so thank you for returning all this asap......

    That won't happen dude. They are refunding old Daka's zeta when they add the changes to Zombie though, so you'll get that back.

    And although I think there could've been a more appropriate fix, I'd just be re-zetaing Daka. Not after refunds. I do run a good NS squad in P4, but outside the Sith raid they are still one of the top 2/3 DS teams in the game, so it's not as though those resources are lost.

    If all the gear, credits, omegas, and zetas get refunded, they should also take away all the extra g12 gear, g12+ gear, and Traya shards you earned for using those gear, credits, omegas, and zetas. Or can you say you didn't get any value out of them at the time? It's a two-sided equation, and you can't ignore the value you received already.

    I pointed out my 4.8M score to show that Nightsisters can still do really well. Previously I was getting 5-6M, and now I just don't have to min-max my mods anymore because I'm pretty pleased with how my team currently performs, and it's time to develop other things.

    I am not *pleased* with how the nerf occurred. I think there were more targeted things they could have done, and it could have been done slower. But the sky isn't falling, guilds that could kill HSith can still kill HSith, and the devs changing the game isn't a bug. It's *literally* according to design.

    Now, the "not healing at all" after 20 stacks bug is a bug that needs to be reported, but that's not what you're talking about here, so this conversation is off-topic for the board.

    @GladOS-013the nerf isn´t over yet... don´t forget about the upcoming zombie nerf.

    and yes we can ignore the value we received already... it´s like you buy a ferrari and after the 10.000 km inspection they are changing the ferrari to a fiat punto engine because they had seen you are driving to fast so they had to nerf your car^^

    Fine, take it back.. i got no problem with that, its not like i couldnt get top 5 without Ns. WIll be very hard to determine what to take away really, except a couple of traya shards..

    Never had a full g12+ piece so far.. so maybe with a recalculation i would?

    Anyway in that case i want ALL my crystals back as well for speeding up talzin and zombie.

    Seriously this nerf is ridiculous.. I cannot stand behind the way theyre ramming this down our throats.

    Suddenly they felt the need to change this overnight, with ofc bugs as a consequence. We dont even know yet what they will do with zombie..

    This is 100% bait and switch practice..

    I see this topic has been put in solved, while this is everything but solved!

    Perfect, lets just get a refund then.

    Until we see what the proposed changes will be to Zombie, I'm not going to panic.

    Not every change made to the game and to characters has been bad. This is a very hot topic right now, and the developers have to be aware of that. If they make a significant change to zombie that invalidates a lot of Nightsister strategies, it'll have a significant impact on player morale and people will leave the game and stop spending money.

    I fully expect that they will be very careful in what they do to zombie, especially after the embarassment of rushing the Nightsister nerf and creating another set of bugs out of it.
