Nihilus ability drain force doesnt count plague as debuff

Product: Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes
Platform:Android Tablet
What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? Tablet
OS Version 7.0
Ally Code: (Find it here: http://bit.ly/AllyCode )
What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug When an enemy has the debuff plague, nihilus ability drain force doesnt get the bonus for debuffed targets. In effect he increases the enemies cooldowns (reduces his own cooldowns) only with a 50% chance instead of a 100% chance. The ability doesnt work as its wording suggests. This is an inconsistency in the mechanics: drain force doesnt count plague as a debuff, whereas other abilities with the exact same wording ("if the enemy is debuffed") count it as a debuff (e.g. deathtroopers terminate guarantees a critical hit on debuffed targets, or sith assassins basic attack gives her stealth if the target is already debuffed)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use talzin to spread the debuff plague on all enemies, then use nihilus drain force. You will see that he only increases/decreases cooldowns 50% of the time, instead of 100% like he should for debuffed enemies.

Nihilus ability drain force doesnt count plague as a debuff and therefore doesnt increase the enemies cooldowns 100% of the time.

This is a bug, because plague is a debuff. Also other charcters with the same wording in their abilities (e.g. deathtrooper or sith assassin) recognise plague as a debuff.

  • Having the same problem. Renders nihilus quite useless together with talzin if you dont have any other debuffer in your team -.-

More examples of characters and abilities that have the same wording as nihilus' drain force ("if the enemy is debuffed") but count plague as debuff:

    1. kylo ren unmasked (aggressive strike),
    2. sabine wren (blasters akimbo),
    3. tie fighter pilot (targeting computer),
    4. veteran smuggler han solo (trueshot),
    5. first order executioner (judment).
    6. Etc.

Proves that the mechanic of nihilus drain force is contrary to its wording and also contrary to all other compareable character abilities with the same wording.

Reading the abilities mechanic it seems that drain force doesnt check for the tag "countable_debuff" on enemies and therefore doesnt recognize plague as a debuff.

Captured some footage which proves that Nihilus ability isnt working as intended. Play close attention and you will see that the effect didnt get resisted (nihilus cooldown increase cant be resisted anyway) - which means it was only the 50% basis chance and it didnt proc. But on debuffed enemies the chance to reduces cooldowns should be 100% - so obviously plague doesnt get recognised as debuff.

Only posting the screenshots here, but i got it on video as well.

    Edit: spelling

Yeah drain force is missing the check for countable_debuff. I don't know why they can't be consistent with these things. The countable_debuff tag was added for specific situations like this where an ability is looking for debuffs are applied to enemies/allies. Instead they are all over the place with it.
