This is working as designed. The slot has a random draw between crystals/not-crystals offers.

10-4. I still swear I have never not had a crystal option.

  I haven't seen Ben Solo available for crystals, either. It's not just you.

@EA_Gunner I've refreshed numerous times. ben solo only becomes available with conquest currency...no crystal purchase available. Incredibly frustrating

@EA_Gunner I'm really starting to believe your statement is not correct. Whenever Malgus is in the final slot, it's always for crystals, and whenever Ben is in the slot, it's always for currency.
