No conquest Rewards from latest round

I need help getting the rewards from the last conquest round ending on 31st March 2025.

The round ended and no rewards were ever sent to my inbox. I've tried using the in game help but they are utterly useless in helping solve this issue.

I played on hard mode and should of received rewards for conquest hard tier 4. 

The person(s) dealing with the issue kept going on about "may I know the rank you achieved". I have no idea what on earth they mean by that.

Any help would be appreciated!
