no GAS bundle

I bought the General Skywalker bundle and an error occurred and it gave my crystal value of 50 dollars instead of the bundle. i tried a second time and it did the same thing. i haven’t been charged yet but i imagine within a couple days i will be charged 100. ally code is 443-786-273.
