Thanx for the advice but it never let me join from when we got the rewards for the initial bug filled GA. I contacted someone at EA via chat and said they we're looking into it, but I'm not even sure they spoke very good English or understood my issue. I've gotten the same message in game since the new arena started
This really isn't an issue of not joining GA as I check in on events at minimum 8-10 times a day andamy guild uses discord to communicate events going on ,it wouldn't let me join and still haven't gotten any type of reply from customer service about it being fixed or anyone on forums after posting multiple times with ally code. It would be nice to get some type of rewards for this issue since we were screwed outta rewards, but at least it needs to be fixed where we get to join instead of an error message next GA
