No new members joining my guild

Summarize your bug No new members seems to be joining our guild - Vikings of Droids. We have been a guild since day 1 and have never had an issue with people joining. Usually the last 3 spots or so constantly come and go but for the past month, no one has joined. We are a 136M guild doing heroics and usually people are joining quickly. We occasionally have to boot someone for not following the few rules we have, and this makes it tough if we can't get replacements. We've been stuck at 46 for a while now. We are set to 'open to join' and none of our other settings have changed. Is anything up with our guild status or something? Thanks! Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?
