No Update on Genymotion

Despite being on Android 7.1 (and all versions up to 9.0), the latest update is not available in the Google Play Store.

I've tried it with all setting combinations up to 8GB of RAM and 8 Processors.

It works on Bluestacks and NOX (inferior emulators IMHO) which use the same engine (VirtualBox)

Hi @Axs2347Sxa6823, if this issue with updating cropped up recently I suspect something in the recent update may have been incompatible with the emulator. I'm afraid we don't test updates against emulators or provide support for emulators though. You would need to reach out to the Genymotion support team directly for guidance and help troubleshooting this.

Hi @Axs2347Sxa6823, thanks for flagging that. Could you name the Android device your on and can I get you to add a screenshot here of what you're seeing on your screen for the update when you open the Playstore? Have you tried any troubleshooting for this to date?

Hello and thank you for your reply. The version of Android: 7.1 to 9.0 using the Genymotion emulator (downloadable here: https://www.genymotion.com/fun-zone/) This is our preferred emulator for running the game. It is the only emulator on the mac that has an 'airplane' mode. I've attached a few screenshots, and here is a little video I made. https://youtu.be/KxDx-D3KFa4 Thank you.
