No webstore free gifts

Does anybody esle has the same? Like come back later for your free gift. I always had free gift pack every day. The same time. Now it says something like Oops! Something went wrong. Please come back later. Its just me or thats normal? If not what should i do to get my free gifts back? Thank you.
