No WiFi Warning window popping

Warning window saying there is no wifi available and that i will resume on mobile data stopped popping and download stuck at around 85%.

Absolutely need a wifi to download updates.

First timer in 10 years

Playing on a Android Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5.

Anyone having this issue ?
