not getting full kyro pieces with episode pass

I click on the full kyro piece to collect it on the paid episode track. I check in the scavenger to see if it's there. It's not. I check on the bottom right gear 12 spot on every character who's on gear 12. It's not there. This happened last time too but I thought maybe I just missed it somehow. 
Everything else on the paid track is fine btw.
