I was able to confirm what you mentioned.

Attached is the image I see every day when I complete the daily activities just to show you the error that initiated this error report.

@XianYatsuni tiffer72 is correct. Your second screenshot is the contents of the bonus crates. The rest of the stuff, including the omega, are claimed without a separate rewards screen, just like all the other daily prizes.
