It's a disgrace they refuse to send out the materials for whatever reason.  I've yet to hear one person actually receive a single material.  I had literally less than 24 hours to finish mine and this has now screwed me for over 10 times as long.  I've lost enough gac battles that it cost me over $50 in lost crystals.  And I doubt there will be any kind of make good for those of us affected by it because CG is as stingy as they come.

It is unbelievable how long it takes to fix the error or to send the missing pieces to the affected users.
Unfortunately I didn't keep any records, but the materials lost due to this bug can no longer be counted.
Even after the long time I have spent with the game, I am convinced that this is one of the biggest bugs there have been so far.
In addition, it is unfair for the players affected compared to those who already fully own the character. The other players and I are expecting a solution here soon.

I play the game on iPhone IOS, this problem has been present about 1 week now since the last update.  I cannot finish my Jabba ultimate farm as dark side tickets are not being dropped.  Currently on 11/12…

I’ve spent money on crystals for no reward and now with a 3v3 conquest running my Jabba ultimate is not available….it is very disappointing!!!

Thank you for fixing/reopen the Jabba journey an the chance to get the last Token for me just a few minutes ago! 

Still kind of sucks ... it's either spend 750 crystals to get the dark side tokens we couldn't farm OR go wtihout Jabba's Ult
