Obi-Wan Kenobi (Old Ben) shards disappearing

I thought I imagined having shards for him at first, but after completing a Journey Quest that is supposed to grant you 30 shards for Obi-Wan Kenobi (Old Ben), I am 100% sure that my shards for him have disappeared at least twice. It currently shows I have 0 shards for him, despite completing and claiming the Journey Quest granting 30. I can't even remember how many I had before I started second-guessing myself for the first time, but this is fairly annoying.
