Old Daka's unique not working between boss attacks

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a character that rezzes die to a raid boss with the first attack of 2 or 3.

Any of the bosses that do multiple attacks (in the linked video, 2 times for Sion), abilities that should take place in between the attacks is not occurring. Scarif Rebel Pathfinder is killed with Sion's first attack and per Daka's unique ability "When another ally is Revived while Old Daka is active, the Revived ally gains 20% Turn Meter and gains Offense Up and Defense Up for 2 turns."  Scarif Rebel Pathfinder is not rezzing with any buffs from Daka, but is rezzing with the buffs from his own unique. This does not work as expected per the wording.  It does work if the character dies after the last (2nd or 3rd) attack in the sequence.
