Omega Marquee Quest wont complete for rewards

What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I have completed Tier 1 of the Omega Marquee event but don't receive the episode rewards. I am not the only one. This is a thread of others with the same issue. https://forums.ea.com/discussions/swgoh-technical-issues-en/complete-tier-1-of-omega-fugitive/5053875 Because I can't get the rewards for this event I can't get the Chapter 1 rewards either. Essentially I am missing 10,000 episode points.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The link I posted above includes screencaps.

    @ei0dpishxyui User Erzengel after outed him in Forum was no match for my Leviathan! Hit Auto and after 2 Minutes won like every EXE even with 7* DENGAR. Today first EXE Auto no Match Won under 3 Minutes.
    Next Place 10 ERZENGEL i had to Stop auto my Leviathan or i had lost again. Easy with Developertool to make a EXE Overkill Badass Mothership with cheated Deathstar Beam Counter that Blasts away a Leviathan before Darth Revan enters Piettis Bridge to make Rambazamba!

    Live from Fpvp this is a known issue since 3years+ Unallowed easy win fleet for Erzengel.

    CG deployed a hotfix to address this a few days ago and it still hasn't fixed anything.
