One of two Apple promotional bonus links doesn't work

Question

Need help with the Apple Gift Card promotion. I purchased a $25 and $50 dollar gift card. I redeemed them and added them to my Apple wallet. Afterwards I received an email with bonus links for SWGOH. Clicking on the first link for the $25 dollars gave me the character shards and other bonuses. However the $50 dollar link failed to activate. I attempted clicking it again but it said that it has already been redeemed for my account. This was two days ago and I have yet to receive the bonus for the $50 dollar gift card.

I have all the receipts for the gift cards and can provide screenshots of the messages when I attempt to redeem the bonus links.

Please let me know what I need to do to get the second bonus working.

I was just able to resolve it. Leaving what worked for me here just in case it works for you.

I found this resolution on a support Discord.

First, force quit the app on your iOS device. Then re-launch it and go the the cog at the top left, and select the Restore Purchases option and wait a day or two. You should get the rewards you're owed.
