Haven't tried a different OS since O2 works splendidly outside of the game. I also noticed that both in TB and TW the freezes/crashes most frequently happen when the banners and/or territory updates need to be shown so maybe something there. I've let the support know and they promised they'd pass it on to their QA but I'm not holding my breath...

    Mine happened while entering combat so lost the team and the battle ☹️ And guess what? Customer support refuses to give any kind of compensation
