Overwitten account data

I have accidentally overwritten my google play account data for my main account. Justaginger I have risen tickets in game but so far have been unsuccessful at getting a response. I have seen that a similar issue has been fixed before on here and I'm hoping that I can get the same help. The account is still in game and I can get my ally code and player id and I have an ea account which I can link I just need to be able to get back into the account.

@AGingerCreeper Have you tried to use the live chat instead of the in-game help to speed things up?

@EA_Gunner Case #190524198 or Case #190876699 I can get all the info you need to show its my account player id, ally code and some previous purchase receipts. will you guys be able to get me back in?

@EA_Gunner Will I receive a message in those cases or how will they get back to me?. and sorry to ask but what if they say there is nothing I can do I can't lose this account.

@EA_Gunner Is there a way I can private message you the account info or drop you an email. and you forward it onto the ingame help or the devs so they can fix it as the ea hep people have just told me to raise an ingame ticket which has got me nowhere?
