P4 GAS event: mission rewards not recieved

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Finished the phase 4 of the GAS event and got an error 3.0 that prevented me from getting the phase rewards. After restarting, the game gave me the success that came along with finishing the mission, but not the reward for finishing the mission and so, I'm missing the 50 fragments to unlock GAS. I'm unable to puchase any GAS fragments in shops since I couldn't unlock him.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Finish Phase 4 of the GAS event

Hello,

After successfully finishing the GAS Event Phase 4, the game gave me an error 3.0 just before the rewards screen and restarted automatically.

Afterwards, I checked my inventory, and to my surprise, I was missing the 50 fragments I should have gotten for completing the mission. I then checked the objectives panel and I saw that the success for completing the mission was validated and rewarded me with a title. I checked the shops, and I couldn't and still can't buy any fragments of GAS since it requires unlocking him in the first place.

Could you look into this issue ?
