Padme Amidala Shards not received - Bug

Hello there!
I contacted EA support but they couldnt help me, all the time "ticket not created properly (it was)" or "issue is too long ago" etc.

I completed the Padme Amidala quest, but I had an error message in the stage where you should receive 85 shards. Stage is marked as completed, but Shards werent given. I completed last stage as well, but now I cant unlock her since it says 15/100 shards. 

Anyone had the same issue? Without Padme, I cannot do General Skywalker as well as Lord Vader, for both I have all other units ready to rock...
