How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug This patch (never seen it previously) Palpatine’s heal “Let the Hate Flow” is broken. It heals everyone on [Name removed] team 100%, not just Palpatine. I have lost attacking him 3x because of this bug. It is not supposed to do this (granting entire team 100% heal on top of health steal for 2 turns on top of taking 5% of every enemy’s max hps on top of gaining 50% turn meter for each shocked enemy would make him the best healer in the game by a very, very wide margin).
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Fight [name removed] in arena ivo rank 250. His team is Emperor Palpatine lead, Vader, Darth Bastila, Darth Sion, Darth Nihilus. All are GL XII, and all have all zetas. Wait for Palpatine to use ability. Watch everyone heal.

We've tested that team and ability today and upon using "Let the Hate Flow" all other units correctly lost 5% health as intended.
