Parsec track not paying out

I noted the parsec track reset today - I had completed the trac where it was to pay me out crystals yesterday, however no pay out was made.

It resests today and straight away I'm sped up to parsec 5? 

how is that possible when I have done nothing today? So rather than pay me out crystals yesterday, your happy to give me 50k credits or some other junk today. If that isn't rigged then I dunno what it is. Why not just pay people out yesterday.
